CULTURE WEBSITE POLICY

Thunder Bay Regional Arts Council (TBRAC) provides www.thunderbayculture.com (Culture Website) to its members for hosting services and links subject to the following terms and conditions of use (Terms of Use).

TBRAC reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. Your use of the Culture Website will be subject to the most current version of the Terms of Use posted on the Culture Website at the time of such use. Your continued use of the Culture Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

TERMS OF USE

  1. In order to be included on the Culture Website, you must be a member of TBRAC or AHA in good standing and pay any fees associated with participating on the Culture Website.
     


  2. Access to the Culture Website is wholly controlled by TBRAC.
     


  3. In consideration of inclusion on the Culture Website, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself or your organization. You also agree to maintain and update your information to keep it current, accurate, and complete. If any information that you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or violates any provision of this policy, TBRAC has the right to terminate your link or web page(s).
     


  4. TBRAC has the right to monitor Culture Website content, and shall have the right to refuse any content. You may not use the Culture Website to post or upload to your own linked site any content that violates any local, provincial, federal, or international law. Material which is unlawful and which violates the copyright, or other intellectual property rights of others will not be allowed.
     


  5. You understand that all information, data, text, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials are the sole responsibility of the person from which it originated. In this regard, you understand that you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
     


  6. TBRAC assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information presented for inclusion on the Culture Website.
     


  7. Content posted by you on the Culture Website shall not violate any law or infringe upon the copyrights, trade-marks, trade names, patents or other rights of any other person, organization or corporation; and that the content posted by you contains no matter which is libelous, an invasion of privacy, an unlawful appropriation of the name or likeness or is otherwise injurious to the rights of any other person, organization or corporation.
     


  8. You additionally agree to the Terms of Service as stated by Thunder Bay Internet (the entity that hosts our Culture Website) to meet its obligations under its website hosting agreement with TBRAC.  Please visit tbaytel.net to view their ‘Terms of Service’.
